A license for little steps.
Our End User License Agreement: the permission and practical details for using the Duehabit app.
1. About this agreement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) describes your permission to use the Duehabit application. It is between you and Duehabit, the provider of the app at duehabit.com, and not the store through which you obtain it. Our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply to their respective subjects.
For an iOS version distributed under Apple’s standard license, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app’s software license. This page does not replace that agreement where it is the license supplied with your download.
2. Your license to use the app
Subject to this agreement and applicable store terms, Duehabit grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on compatible devices you own or control, for your personal use. The application is licensed, not sold.
Store rules concerning authorized devices, family access, and other permitted access continue to apply. No license is granted to our trademarks, source code, or other intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the app as intended.
3. A few limits
You may not sell, sublicense, rent, commercially redistribute, or misrepresent ownership of the application. Do not remove ownership notices, circumvent access controls, or use the app to harm the Service or others.
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or make derivative works of the app except to the extent permitted by applicable law or a separate license. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses, which take priority for those components.
4. Your data and content
You keep the rights to your own content. Using a connected feature gives us only the permissions needed to deliver that feature, as described in the Terms & Conditions. Data handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for safeguarding your device and any local information that matters to you. Some app data stays on the device and may be lost if the application or its storage is removed. Signing in does not by itself mean all local data has been backed up.
5. Updates and third-party services
We may provide updates to fix issues or change features. Compatibility and availability can vary across devices and operating systems. Some features require connectivity, permissions, an account, or a third-party sign-in provider.
Your use of Apple, Google, Firebase, or another third-party service is also subject to that service’s applicable terms. You are responsible for ordinary network or device charges associated with using the app.
6. Support and warranties
Contact the Duehabit team at karimazizc@whisttle.com for support. Duehabit is responsible for support it offers; Apple and Google are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for our application.
To the extent permitted by law, we provide the application as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular result. Nothing in this EULA excludes mandatory warranties, consumer remedies, or liability that cannot legally be limited. Refund rights, if applicable, are governed by law and the terms of the store where a purchase was made.
7. When the license ends
You can end your use by uninstalling the app. We may terminate the license for a material breach of this EULA, subject to applicable law and any required notice. If the license ends, stop using the application and remove copies you are no longer authorized to keep.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically erase server information or close your authentication account. You can request account and data deletion through the contact address above. Provisions that must reasonably continue, such as ownership and applicable legal obligations, survive termination.
8. Governing law and other terms
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without removing mandatory protections available to you. If a provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions remain effective where lawful. A store’s mandatory terms take priority where they conflict with this EULA.
We may revise this agreement as the application changes, with notice or renewed agreement where legally required. The license agreement supplied with your particular store download should always be checked alongside this page.
