1. Welcome to Duehabit

These terms govern your use of the Duehabit website at duehabit.com and the Duehabit application and related services (together, the “Service”). “Duehabit,” “we,” and “us” refer to the team providing the Service from Indonesia.

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and our End User License Agreement covers the application software.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Use only an account that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission for your use of the Service or processing of your data, obtain that permission before using it. A parent or guardian who permits use is responsible for appropriate supervision.

3. Using the Service thoughtfully

Duehabit is a tool for organizing everyday habits. You choose your goals and how you use the app. We do not guarantee a particular personal outcome, and the Service is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health advice.

• Do not use the Service unlawfully, harass others, or share content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not upload malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or collect other people’s information without permission.
• Respect the privacy of your friends and anyone shown in your photos. Obtain necessary permissions before sharing their information or image.

4. Your content and our work

You keep ownership of the photos, habit entries, and other content you create. When you submit content to a connected feature, you give us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it to the people you choose, and to operate and protect that feature. This does not give us ownership of your content.

Duehabit’s name, artwork, interface, software, and other original materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or commercially reuse them without permission, except where the law allows.

5. Availability and changes

Features may differ by platform, app version, region, and sign-in provider. Some features are in development. Preview content on this website is illustrative and does not create or synchronize an app account.

We may update, maintain, change, or discontinue parts of the Service. We will provide notice when required by law. Device-local data is not necessarily backed up to our servers; deleting an app or its storage may remove that data.

Any future paid offering will show its price, billing terms, and applicable cancellation information before purchase. Store purchases are also subject to the relevant store’s terms. These terms do not create a paid subscription by themselves.

6. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service at any time. Contact us to request account closure or deletion of personal data associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account is yours.

We may restrict or suspend access for a material breach of these terms, a security threat, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve it. Necessary legal, security, or dispute records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Responsibility and your rights

We aim to provide a useful, reliable Service, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes your mandatory consumer rights. You remain responsible for your choices, your device’s security, and the content you submit.

8. Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you where you live. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here prevents you from using a remedy or forum available under applicable law.

We may revise these terms as the Service evolves. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice or request agreement where legally required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
